Beach Schools South West

Beach Schools South West is a community interest company dedicated to outdoor learning for children – wherever they are, but particularly by the sea.

We offer schools and families beach school opportunities on a short/long term basis. It can be timetabled into your educational programme. Or be just a one-off half day in the holidays. We even hold childrens parties to include:

• Den making
• Fire building
• Rockpooling
• Scavenging
• Bow and arrow making
• Beachcombing
• Beach Games
• Marshmallow toasting
• Singing and storytelling
• Mermaid and pirate themed days

Our sessions are mostly carried out at Bigbury on Sea simply because of its amazing facilities but we are also delighted to come to a beach of your choice near to you.
