Zumba Fitness (Brixham) with Katie Parsons

Party yourself into shape! The Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie burning, dance-fitness party. Feel the music and let loose! 

You can out as much (or as little!) energy as you like and still have a great time! It's suitable for all ages and abilities because you can join in at your own pace.

Please contact Katie prior to attending if you are younger than 18 (14 is the minimum age Katie is able to accept in her classes) as parental consent will be required.
