Family Health Partnership is part of Torbay's Public Health Provider Zone which offers a preventative programme to eligible first time young parents that are referred to us by the midwifery service:
The programme begins in early pregnancy and continues until the child is two years old and has three over-arching goals: To improve antenatal health. To improve child health and development. To improve parental life course.
