Children are treated as individuals, shown love and taken out everyday, come rain or shine, on a variety of fun-filled days where they are encouraged to socialise, share with and respect other children (and adults) and above all have fun! Days out to libraries, music groups, museums, aquariums, zoos, country parks, beaches, train journeys, parks, bowling, Crealy, farms, Pennywell, National Trust and messy play sessions.
Qualifications and training: NVQ 3, Paediatric first aid, child protection, confusion with inclusion, forest fun and behaviour management, food hygiene, health and safety, diversity, EYFS.
