Family Rights Group
Family Rights Group's goal is to enable children to be raised safely and thrive within their family and community.
Advice and information for parents and other family members, including grandparents whose children are involved with, or require children’s social care services because of welfare needs or concerns. They also provide support to parents and carers who have a child in care, or are looking after a friend or relative's child who cannot live at home.
We work with parents whose children are in need, at risk or are in the care system and with members of the wider family who are raising children unable to remain at home.
Our free and confidential advice service is provided via telephone and online discussion boards. Our expert advisers have extensive experience in legal and social work practice, they help families to understand the law and child welfare processes, as well as better understand the concerns of social workers.
