Torquay Kenpo Karate Academy (13 years to adult)

Kenpo is a streetwise self-defence system, we have experienced instructors who will teach each individual to utilise their own body structure to be an effective defence system, giving you the ability and confidence to protect yourself and your loved ones.  While self-defence is the core of Kenpo, there are many other aspects of training including: fitness, strength, co-ordination, self-control, self confidence, teamwork and camaraderie. Everyone is welcome.
