Welcomes runners of all abilities. Whatever your goal or aim, whether it is to keep fit or run a marathon, come and give it a try. You will be amazed at how quickly you can build your fitness and stamina.  Once you make that first step you'll never look back!   It will cost you nothing for your first trial sessions.  Come and meet the club members, we are friendly and social group.
