• child maintenance
• contact
• employment
• education
• welfare benefits and tax credits
• housing
• debt

They can also give you details of other agencies who may be able to offer you assistance and can send you written information to help you understand what actions you can take. More in-depth advice is available if you need it, through their advice service.

Calls to the Single Parent Helpline are free from landlines and the following mobile networks – 3, T-Mobile, Vodaphone, 02, Orange,EE and Virgin.
