Help with the cost of living (advice with videos)

Information for Torbay residents who are struggling to pay for their energy, water, food, or other essential items.

Torbay Council has teamed up with Citizens Advice Torbay, South Hams Citizens Advice Bureau, the Torbay Community Development Trust and Healthwatch Torbay to produce a series of videos showing households how to keep living costs down.
